Art Basel runs from Thursday 16th June to Sunday 19th June and Maison Ruinart is once again presenting a brand new artist.

You are invited to :
See yourself in the mirror.
Touching the chalk.
Hear a delicate drop of essential oil fall into your hand.
Smell the fragrance of Chardonnay blossom in the air.
Taste a sun-ripened raisin.

Maison Ruinart has always used art to understand our world, connect with each other and raise our awareness. Each year, Ruinart gives carte blanche to contemporary international artists to interpret the Maison’s history and expertise through their art.

In 2022, the carte blanche from Maison Ruinart goes to Jeppe Hein, an artist who knows exactly how to touch our hearts. He translates his first impressions of the Ruinart terroir into single fragments of materials and emotions that awaken our senses while making each one of us the center of a wonderful interactive experience. Shared moments that are unique. An artistic installation to be experienced in the here and now:RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

Jeppe Hein loves to provoke the unexpected. Born in 1974 and based in Berlin, the Danish artist has made a name for himself with installations whose apparent simplicity transforms the viewer’s relationship with space, as does the interactive dimension at the heart of the work. Right Here, Right Now is an interactive installation that engages the five senses and evokes the four elements – earth, water, air and fire – essential to champagne making.

Experience a fantastic combination of art, enjoyment and inspiration again and get involved in the interactive dimension.
