A short time ago, I thought a spontaneous trip with an overnight stay would be nice, but where to go? Not too far, something exciting, it should also be good to eat. I had so many ideas and then I came up with Zurich, although I actually still go there very often, but one hotel fully convinced me. In modern and stylishly designed rooms, the wonderful panorama can be enjoyed directly on the balcony. You will be spoiled with culinary delights in Studio Bellerive. The Studio Bellerive, whose name goes back to the legendary former film studio in this building, is a modern symbiosis of brasserie, grill and bar. The spectacular design, the nice service and the uncomplicated cuisine create an overall culinary experience in a relaxed atmosphere. The cosmopolitan gastronomy concept follows a regional-seasonal product philosophy. Exquisite specialties from the lava grill, as well as creative main dishes come from of Marcel Oesterreich. First-class meat, fish and vegetable specialties from regional suppliers are served, all à la carte or “Family Style” for sharing. The varied wine list brings passionate wine culture from all over the world into the glass.
Sunday brunch
Who doesn’t love it? Eating breakfast on a Sunday that feels endless, reading the newspaper and chatting, and then going straight to an aperitif at some point. Extensive brunch can be enjoyed from 12 p.m. in Studio Bellerive. In addition to the breakfast buffet, everyone is served an Etagere with nine seasonal signature dishes. Every Wednesday from 5 p.m. the Art Deco bar becomes the meeting place for after-work aperitifs. Three signature dishes are also served as appetizers with the glass of champagne.
